THAT the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission, ('the Commission") be established as an investigative body empowered with jurisdiction to receive and investigate complaints from victims of wars and armed conflict in relation to crimes against peace, war crimes, crimes against humanity and other like offences as recognized under International Law;
